It's good to go when it opens at 8:30am since the local Chef's shop here for the evening menu. I have missed out on specialty seasonal veggies going after 10am.
 
A local restaurant is featured weekly, this week it's Locanda del Lago.
 
Wednesdays, 8:30am - 1:30pm
Arizona Ave @ 2nd Street (Third Street Promenade) a few streets are blocked off. Parking in the city lots is available.

Not only is selling your home a daunting task but preparing your home to sell is a huge undertaking. There are little changes that can make a huge impact on potential buyers, and can even increase the value of your home! Here are a few that you should do right now.

1. Start On The Street

An approachable home can make all the difference!
